Our Safurn.co.za online store does not include delivery charges, so please make sure that you have been quoted for delivery by one of our consultants before you make payment.
Due to the extensive range of products and available options, it is better to view most items featured on the Safurn.co.za site as 'Made to Order'. An expected delivery and/or production ETA will be issued once your order is placed and processed.
Depending on the product/s required delivery may vary from 7-10 working days up to 6-8 weeks. Delivery and/or production ETA is thus very much product specific.
We will inform you as soon as possible if for any reason the production of the goods you have ordered are delayed or postponed due to material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand that is beyond our control.
Please note: Orders in progress that are subject to unexpected material shortages from third party suppliers that are beyond our control, cannot simply be cancelled, and will not be refunded in full, if production on parts of the product have already been completed awaiting the delayed components.
We will endeavour to have your product delivered to you on time, but we cannot be held liable for delays and unforeseen circumstances that effect third party transporters. We currently only deliver within the borders of South Africa and transport charges will vary depending on the delivery location.
It is required that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
