BULK FILING SYSTEMS
High Density Bulk Filing Systems, also known as Bulk Filers are used in Storage rooms, Filing rooms & Open Plan offices as a space saving alternative to conventional filing cabinets and shelving units.
Bulk Filer Benefits:
- They are most commonly used where there is a shortage of costly office floor space. The larger the Bulk Filer the more storage space percentage is saved.
- Up to 50% of the floor space used by traditional static shelving & cabinets can be saved using Bulk Filers. This floor space saving can then be put to better use.
- Bulk Filers are user friendly and allow easy access to filed items whilst optimizing filing and storage when space is limited.
- Bulk Filers make this possible by only having 1 aisle (walk in area) at any given time using a mobile / moving cabinet system.
- These high density bulk filers contribute to a neat, professional and highly organised office environment, and can be further customised to your individual filing & storage requirements.
- By means of various accessories Bulk Filers are ideal for lever arch files, A4 and foolscap suspended files, as well as archive boxes and other storage containers.
Available Options:
- Bulk Filers are available from 3 up to 16 bays, with 360 and 400mm deep storage cabinet options.
- 400mm deep bulk Filers – Suitable for all “pull out” cradles and other “pull out” components.
- 360mm deep Bulk Filers – Available on request for filing “Lever Arch Files” only.
- Bulk Filers are manufactured from high grade 0.8mm (Cold Rolled Commercial Quality Class I) mild steel, and powder coated in Motorcraft Grey colour.
- These filers carry a 5 year warranty from date of first installation, against faulty materials and workmanship.
- Our service includes delivery and professional installation on site.
